family of chords

    well i'm no genius in guitar but i think there r 7 family of chords which my guitar instructor has told me.......and they r..... C-Am, G-Em, F-Dm, D-Bm, E-C#m, B-G#m, A-F#m.....there might be more but as off now i know only these....if somebody know more plz tell..........
