I have a Kaps electro-acoustic.
i think you should go for a granada guitar, my friend has one and its just awesome, if you don't get it then you can get a good Gb&a, or Pluto or a Kaps.
I personally have owned a Pluto (which my sis broke) and a Kaps currently.

1. Go to different stores
2. Try out as many guitars that you want
3. Try to find a guitar shape/size that you like
4. Try to find the guitar which sounds the best and is easy to play
5. Check guitar for dents, scratches or bad frets.
6. BARGAIN...no matter how adamant they are, the shopkeepers will reduce the price eventually.

if you can, then get a friend who knows about guitars.

I am in chandigarh my friend....there are many nice shops in Lajpat like Onstage, Furtado's and 440hz.

My house is in Delhi so i come very often, just bought my 1st electric from Furtado's in Lajpat.

 

okay.. So that is why you know these places in delhi. And therefore i thought you might be living in delhi.!
