Dev Anand - after 60 years in the industry is lending his voice for the FIRST TIME to a rap song composed by Bappi Lahiri. Dev Sahab has also written the song himself in Hindi and English - Howzzat??? I heard the track, not bad at all!!!

dev anand(dev saab) is one of the finest actors this industry has seen. i like many of his movies...esp.. Hum Dono.
aah..singing a rap song?? cool..i think its the only thing which was left out for the legendary actor to try!.. he's an ace actor..ah..remeber the hairstyle he used to sport in those early days..cool na? :grin: tahda!!

Dev Anand was a good actor od his era, but he's loosing it all by trying out some cheapstakes these days, wat kinda movies does he come up with man!!! yuckkk But back then,.... he sure was THE MANNN!!

LOL to all of you........... Anyway there are these 3 super incidents of BAPPI DA'S SUPER HINDI AND ENGLISH knowledge that i must share. (no offence to him, i love his music, i personally think he is an amazing composer) Once this dude (names not revealed) who writes for a newspaper, on a telephonic interview asked BAPPI DA "Sir, Dev saab has been in the industry for so long, YOU have been here for so long now, but nobody had attempted to use Dev saab's voice till date, and now after all these years you have done it. HOW COME???? " guess what BAPPI DA replied?? "YA YA YA YA PLEASE COME PLEASE COME" :RollLol: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Another incident was when to a lady reporter he made a blatant claim "I HAVE MET ERIC CLAPTON AND I ALSO JAMMED WITH HIM" So the lady reporter was like "WOW - WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST REACTION WHEN YOU MET ERIC CLAPTON, WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HIM?" he replied "YES YES I WALKED UP TO HIM AND I SAID HELLO MR. ERIC CLAPTON" thats it and then he silently stood starring at her thru his glasses --------------------------------------------------------------------------- now on his hindi he once walked into a studio and and called the arranger and said "AABI HOMARA BETI REEMA AOYEGI GAONE KO, TUM USKE GAAN MEIN 4 DHOLAK AUR 10 VIOLIN DAALNA" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
