Consistency in guitar playing !

This Really Gets Me Irritated...
One Day I Can Play Quite Well ..and The Very Next Day Poofff...my Playing Is In A Rut..
How Many Of U Are Actually Consistently Good?
I Can Say That Im Good Only In Patches And Sometimes I Really Suck !
Well Thats My Mission Now To Play At A Good Level All The Time.
