Few days earlier (5th Sept), I completed my 2nd Guitar show. On the eve of Farewell to our Senior batch in my Medical college. It was great, I had planned 4 songs: Allah Ke Bande – Solo with a Vocalist My Heart Is Beating (old Julie) – Along with a Vocalist & a base Guitarist Jadu Teri Nazar – Along with a whole Band (Drums, Keyboards, Pads, etc.) Papa Kehte Hai – Along with a whole Band (Drums, Keyboards, Pads, etc.) All these songs were not in a line in the whole show. I had time in between. I was a bit nervous for the first minute in Allah Ke Bande, but later on it was quite enjoying… those glimmering flashes of Red & Yellow lights below-infront & Swinging Lasers from above! I started swinging along with my Acoustic Guitar (with Jack attached to it’s inbuilt MIC) I was standing besides the Vocalist with a low stool under my right foot. I was over whelmed when 20-25 students (unknown) came to me in the break & congratulated me for the performance & 5-6 girls (classmates) asked me to play other songs in spare time & had a good response from Room partners, well-wishers & teachers (In fact, My heart... was sung by our Surgery teacher)! (I had purposely met the person who was going to sit at the Mixing device & told him to put my instrument on the highest audible frequency than others – it worked!). Planning for more tough things in Gathering next year in Jan, like fast lead Fusion parts of RD’s songs, George Michael’s Careless Whisper, etc…. You all can help me now - I have 3-4 months in hand. Bye.
