hey please listen to the song again. you chords are wrong. ur on the right Key though.. is this the first time you are transcribing chords? I am unable to figure out how u landed up with these chords as i see no similarity between what you have and whats in the song.. so it obviously must be some kinda protocol or naming convention mismatch...

 

yeah G#m is the right key

but how does A#m come in the scale?????

I've worked out that song some eons back,
so Ganesh to give u a gist and maybe look at it as a mini-project to do

The chords that will be used in the song are
G#m , E, C#m, F#, B
not in the same order obviously
and in one place (Yeh Kehne Main Deewana) there is the Eb chord

check it out and rework!!!
