This is a very easy song. My cousin just showed the song to me and I figured it out in 1 listening. Your chords are mostly right, but you're missing a G note at places. Also, in the following line, your lyrics are wrong:

Tayaan is not a word. It's "Dayaar", which means world in Urdu.
