K DUDE I FEEL THT CHORDS R A BIT HIGH OR MY GUITAR IS HIGH TUNED DONNO BUT I FEEL TAKE ALL THE CHORDS HALF STEP DOWN THEY SOUND BETTER I MEAN THEY R SOUNDIN GOOD ON MY GUITAR MAY BE MY GUITAR IS HIGH TUNED JUST CHECK TRANSPOSE

instead ofr Fmaj7 and Dm7 , you can play Am and Dm on the guitar. They would sound ok.
