Can't make my Avatar animate :(

Hi, I had a question, I tried to upload an animated Gif avatar, it uploaded, but did not animate :cry1:
Please tell me how to place an animated avatar. Is the extension dif or kind of like that???

 

all the animated clips I have exeed the limit,so dunno.....................

 

all animations have been disabled well it seems to b on firefox

 

I cannot even animate my avatar in IE! See disturbed's avatar, it is animating even in firefox.....
Please tell me how to do it.....

Ok....
The problem seems to be over now
I think it was the size which did not allow my pic to be animated...
