guide me as to where the forum rules & regulations are??? Am a newbie here so wanted to get acquainted to the rules & not start of on the wrong foot

sorry to be such a pest, but tried as you suggested. It asks, if I've lost the password or if i need to edit my profile. In the first one it asks for my email id and in the second one i saved changes and then it takes me to the User CP

isnt there a link or something where i can go and read all of it??
