@DMF. I played the Roland Cubes. Simply amazing stuffs for the size. Especially the Jazz Chorus Modelling is too damn good. It's priced a bit steep but if your pockets allow, then go ahead. Highly recommended. An excellent choice. Marshall cubes really suck in front of it. Peavey Cubes are not even worth getting it for free.

I have Roland microcube, which is pretty much the same except for the foot switch and smaller speaker I guess. I recommend the cube 30 over micro for the foot switch this gives u a chance to change the effects without any stops in the song. The DSP modelling effects are awesome and blow off many of the higher end amps.

The Cube30 is for Rs. 12,000 which is well within my budget of Rs. 15,000. There is a Cube15 available too for about Rs. 6,500 but I found the Cube30 to be better.

And yeah the amp is simply amazing. I'll buy it on Monday.

Just a general question to you guys in India.
Are all these amps built for the 220-240 volts or do you guys use some sort of a step up transformer?

    I am in canada.
