I think you are poing about this all wrong.

First find out what is the existing peak time for loggers
then aim for that time and day.
The mods/controllers may be able to help on this.

From the few numbers contributing on this forum, we will never break the record by just selecting a random time.

I have a suggestion

Why don't we people start a poll and result will tell which time is best suited. By this way everyone will know when to break record.
