Egypt was hit by it's third resort bombing in the past 18 months. three blasts killed at least 23 and injured dozens in the Red Sea city of Dahab, crowded with foreign tourists and Egyptians celebrating Coptic Easter. Previous attacks had targeted Israelis. Suspicion of al Qaeda immediately arose, especially on the heels of Bin Laden's latest tape, but in prior attacks Cairo ended up blaming lockal militants with no international links.
