The picking pattern for all the chords are -
B omit5 add11 - AGBeBG
C#madd9/E, F#sus4, F#sus4add9/G# & F# - EDGBGD
What is "B omit5 add11" chord and how it is constructed?
We know that B major scale consists of [B-C#-D#-E-F#-G#-A#] notes.
----------------scale formula--------------[I-II-III-IV-V-VI-VII]
and B major chord's interval positions with respect to the B major scale is [I-III-V]
that makes B major chord have [B-D#-F#] notes in it.
Hence "B omit5 add11" means - Omit the Vth note (i.e. F#) and Add IVth/XIth note (i.e. E) to the B major chord w.r.t. the scale,
which gives us the above chord having [B-D#-E] notes in it.
Satch plays this chord on the 7th fret (which is very stretchy!)..I play it on the 2nd fret..makes it easier in transition.
