the chords under both keys (C and Am) are the same...just check!

 

Its just the order of chords which gets changed otherwise chords are same...in C major and A minor

 

What you have given is the a single chord C and Am. We are here talking about scale C and Am.

 

@amit82cse i agree wid u .....guys when we talk of a key we talk about the scales not the chords.....its important to understand the difference!!
