40 years looking for this indian instrumental music in vain - can u help me pls?

I am 4m Kuwait - for 40 years i am looking 4 the name or the composer of this music which i am almost sure it is indian.It was a gig in an early 70s kuwaiti tele show.I even post it in youtube a year ago but in vain . I wonder if some one in ur esteem forum could help me pls.
