There are many glitches:
1. recording bad
2. leads stray away from rhythm theme.
3. some places I have played faster than Ishould have - resulting in muddyness.
and lack of note clarity. I need to improve on that.

 

Edit: there are 3 n00 tracks.

The first one is just a rhythm, dunno I got inspired from where. This one is direct recording to soundcard. (Since, I didnt tweak for direct recording, the tone is a bit muddy)

Second one is uber-crap blues. Dont even bother to listen it.

Third on is t(h)rash metal / hard-rock hybrid one.
Leads sound Kirk Hammett-esque, no probs with that.
Done using my uber-crap mic. Whcih made the recording quality so bad.

The Crappy rock riff was far from crappy, very soloable.
Bloos2 sounded a little hodgepodge to me, perhaps if the lead track had more volume then it wouldnt have been. Where did you get the backing from??, its great.
Thrash Metal was cool. The riff is generic thrash metal types. The intro legato thing was nice. I think you kinda ran outta ideas after some time and you were basically repeating your ideas. You could try working out your solos instead of adlibing. Tone is great, and some really fast licks. Some of the bends were off but hell, happens. Great Wah.

BTW, has the TriAc arrived?

Besides I now realised that the picking was not absolutely clean.

Crappy rock riff was a bit too generic for me but its still cool. The added leads just screams Blackmore , Jared did a great job but the harmony leads were off at some points.
Bloos thing would be good if you get rid of the delay and chimey tone (thats just not blues). Just tweak the tone a bit. Leads were cool in some places but not too good overall. But hey there's always rom for improvement.:

As Sridhar said, Blooj would be better off without the delay, and it did sound a bit haphazard.

Yea!

The crappy rock riff and crappy rock riff with leads were both recroded with direct to soundcard.
Jared also did the same thing.
Old faithfull AX100G for both of us.

All the others are recorded via super-crappy mic.
(Including the Trash max)


Hey temme where all places I have gone off (Trash max).
I know some places my bends were off.
Some places picking (tremolo picking) was horrible.
Some places the left hand fingers response was slower than right hand picking reponse.
