0peNinG my FoRuM....??

Hey..List me all the things required to run a FORUM free of cost...
I'd open a FORUM using PHPBB2...or vBulletin 3.0.7..

First name->

1. Free PHP host which is fast enough..And per file size limit is round 1 mb or more..
2. SQL...?? I don't know much about this.. ( everytime i creat an id at HOTSQL.com or FREESQL.com..., my page comes up with database error after few monnths... )

And all the required tips and tricks to manage the FORUM...

well if u are adding a mod to your forum then instead of manually running the SQL queries.. which can lead to problems..... go to https://www.phpbbhacks.com/forums/db_generator.php

and then copy and paste the EXACT things the mod author has sed for SQL and click the SUBMIT button and then the file will be created... download it and then upload it to your root directory and execute the file.... simple.... any other stuff?
