Laney I followed ur steps and downloaded a vedio and also flv player but it's not working. When I openesd it using the riva player the the error message appeared-This not a win32 application. What to do now???
Which internet browser do u use?? If it is firefox then you can download the CacheViewer extension from FF addons page. If you use internet explorer the cache is stored in 4 folders ....Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\Cache1 (2,3,4) It is best to use Firefox & download videos from Google Videos, Youtube & lots of others using the extensions such as Ook! Vid downloader, Media Pirate or Video Downloader .
