Your Most Inspirational Band and why?

that inspired u to become a bass guitarist ?
jokes apart,ray manzarek's left hand was the Door's bass player.
thats what makes learning organ parts for doors all the more fun, u gotta handle bass with the left hand!! but then if u have a real bass player, most door songs become relatively easier to learn...

 

My most inspirational band would have to be DT ... right from the moment i heard their song Fatal Tragedy i have been an all-out fan of this superb band ... However my interest in guitaring was intiated by watching Satch's video - Always with me always with you ... and also the Crossroads Guitar Duel by Steve Vai ...

i fogot to mention why do i like those bands....well,,cause the music is pure and i can feel it running down in my blood......

Metallica started metal??? Uz forgettin, umm.. who were those guys??? BLACK SABBATH... but newayz, coming back, I would say that Aerosmith really got me into rock... esp. the "Nine Lives" album... I heard it and I jus loved it... currently, I am influenced a lot by Maiden, KISS, Megadeth, Old Metallica, Death and some unique sounds here and there!

Theres a lot of bands but i like GN'R. Aerosmith never got to my attention but they're good too. Also i liked AC/DC and at one point i enjoyed 1 or 2 songs of Metallica but i dont like Metallica now, they just suck after the 90's.
