what is this thread about?? going offtopic has some limits. and people's opinions often dont match. but this is not the rite place to make an issue out of it. ill close this thread soon, so if anyone has some RELEVANT and VALUABLE things to say then come out and say it.

bondhugon jhogra koro na. achha anti anirban club ke bolbo ektu eka theke boba festoon,fire esho,proshno gaan gulo ektu shunte. manlam paliye berai te bishal kichhu subtle lyrics nei kintu ta bole ki shob gaan e ta thakte hobey. paliye berai is very straight forward, and what's wrong with that? jai hok dream band niyei amra concentrate kori rather than jhogra. bakider dream band gulo shona holo na je

 

Tumi je gaangulo bolechho ta sobi sona. Nothing impressive at all. Anirban ke onekri hoyto lyricist hisebe pochhondo hote paare. Tobe saying he is better than Rupom! It is like saying Sanjay of Cactus is a better guitarist than Ayub bachchu(I hope you don't think that Sanjay is a better guitarist).

actually i also relate 2 sum of d songs of eka ... 1st of all "fire esho"(as i've already mentioned in d tabs dat i've posted) ... n 2ndly "harate chaina".

Aami eituku bolte paari je aami je tulona diyechhi ta bhul noy. Aami emon lok chini je Sanjayke Ayub bachchu na hok, atleast Partho, Nilanjan ba Rishober theke better mone kore. Shocking.

 

Lyrics need a few qualitys to be good. Two of them are good topic and subtelty. Anirban's lyrics are not exactly bad, but they lack in these departments.

Excellent choice. I would have preffered Chandra on bass though.

 

Tuki ar Rishav-ke ek-i band-e rakhle ekta cold war habe... one will feel unutilised.

 

Excellent point. You need a good quality rythm guitarist.

Dekhte hobe dream ta nightmare na hoye jai. There can be immense cold war between two similaely talented people.
