YAARON by KK almost accurate chords

hi guyz! This my posting of Yaaron by KK is I guess an accurate piece. The main thing is tuning the guitar 1/2 step up of standard tuning. Sorry i could not post the solo but i will surely in near future. So here it is yaaron by KK decoded by me for you.

P.S.: Im confused with F#m or F#7 or any else chord in "...tera ho yaar.." Can u guyz suggest anything? I've put F#m in those places.
