Yeah, i play with my index finger barred across the 2nd fret, and all the rest fingers, except for the thumb, occupied in fretting... Now how am i supposed to bar and hammer at the same time?
The 4th string is fretted with the pinky, you have to hammer with the pinky. It sounds difficult, and it is, and the only way to get there is practice. Sorry couldn't offer an easier solution - but there isn't one. It's definitely possible though.

There are 4 positions for Bm before the 12th fret, of which 3 are absolutely reasonable to play. Anyway I'll stop answering here as you've got another thread going.
