Why This Kolaveri Di- chords

The song is simple, Only three chords have been used. F#m, C, Bb. except at one place where the synth moves out of the structure. it moves like F#m, Bb, C, D, E, F#(starting from Paan Pa Pa pa...)

 

At first I didn't understant the heading - Kolaveri??!
Only after googling 'why this kolaveri' did I realise that it is indeed a new song and a youtube sensation sung by Dhanush! I'm absolutely dumbstuck to find it has received more than 1.5 million hits in just 4 days! Even the best IR or ARR songs struggle to reach such numbers. I must agree that it is a catchy song sung in a very casual way.

If you're not playing along with the track, the open chords I use are:

But I am getting little confused in the last chord of progression....

I think it should be like ..... "Fm-Eb-Bbm-Fm" instead of "Fm-Eb-Bbm-Eb"

I think it ends at the same place at Fm not at Eb
What do u say ???
