Why isn't thre a CHAT page here ?

You think this site oughtta have a CHAT page ?

    You people misunderstood me. I am not asking for a chat forum. I woul like to know how having a chat forum would result in "SPAM"? Logically thinking, chat would decrease spam in the forum.

    well even i would like igt to be the way it is.. juz the forum..
    all querries and stuffs that ppl ask can be seen by everyone and if any having same doubts get theirs cleared out too...
    but in a chat juz like jayanth said once the chat sessions over the data cannot be recovered back...
    well i agree with jayanth as he puts"the meaning of forum wil be lost" and btw no1 really requires a chat out here...yahoo and msn are more than enuf and v do provide our ids.. so ne1 preferring to chat can add them up and chat.. simple

    Actually all of us chat at least once a day with some other IGT user.. I chat with Dp,DMF,Karan,One of the Two Jays, Etc..

    @gautam, exactly dude.
    Yeah, i get to chat with users everyday too, tejas, DP, Bobby, Jay(swami), Zoom, sometimes Reem, guitaristofm a whole lot. So i dont really think we need a chatroom here.
