I think it is'nt impossible for that guitar to exist. Come on we all saw vai's three necked heart shaped guitar and were blown away by it but we know it exists right.

 

yaar...o course the guitars real....he must be a tapping freeko...8 fingered tappin...and must have been wanting to alter between bass the 4 string and 5 string basses fer the rhythm...(just fer show off i am sure..)...the first neck is a guitar fer sure

 

The neck on the bottom is 4 string fretless
The middle is standard 4 string fretted bass
The one on the top is either mandolin or piccolo bass I think (too short to be guitar)
