Which is the best song in the Pakistani Rock Genre...?

i hac concert version of their song sawal it really rocks

 

you cannot compare both bands .. they have there own position
theres a generation Dif. if u know what i mean

jal is more on a commercila bassis...............but the mekaal hassan band is sbout actual skills of music , listen to the vocalist sing , he is technically one of the best....... the compositions are also very rich musically.......

while jal on the other side is music created by the way gohar feels , his instincive composition touch ur heart becoz they come from the heart and not technically.........
but then they cant be compared ........ jal is very young and inneperinced while most of the member in the mekaal hassan band are masters................


bye the way slaman albert(drummer) and hassan pappu (flutist) have played for both jal and MHB.l

 

hmmm ur right @akguitar.... jal's music isnt bad .... but mekaal hassan is way way better accordin to the compositions...n coordination n stuff...

 

mekaal hasan is the promoting musician of pakistan...composing classical and "kafis" of previous poets is very difficult......he is the man.......but ppl dont take his music seriously......ppl donno abt real music...this is the main problem in Pakistan!

 

i think that E.P is successful in potraying vat really rock music is !!!!!!!
