Where to start it out with a guitar processor or first practise without it

    Hey ppl...I'll be upgrading to an electric guitar soon but the scene is that i gotta get started on my cous electric(he d'dnt touch it as he liked kamal khan,blah).I think its a givson some G.S.lead i think.
    So, i was wondering where to start it out with a guitar processor or first practise without it.I like rock,and thrash metal i.e.coldplay to lamb of god..

    Any opinions??

    If you want my true advice:

    Dont.

    Play the electric guitar with clean tone.
    You will realize its benefits only later.

    Clean tone allows you to develop cleaner/refined technique.
    And you will also realize the importance of picking dynamics (something you would never realize if you buy a digital processor)


    So in short: use electric guitar with a clean tone.

    Thanks dude..and any idea of a goood guitar processor.a friend was asking me
    I heard the zoom 505 II sucks??(don't actually thinks so)
    but the others are too phookin expensive!!

    Yeah you are right.

    Learn your techniques without any processor etc.
    It would help you.

    Save money for a better processor.

    zoom g2.1u is cool. n it's not that expensive too.
