whats with the new signs??

and i want a few of my own too.


i am talking about the new icons between the "give reputation" icon and "location" box.


for example's alpha and ashphenom have a whole set of fancy icons, which look like the millitary honours (decorations) on general musharraf's chest. Upon running the mouse over ashphenom's and Alpha's icons we find fancy stuff written in baloons that variously read, "ye leh ice cream kha", "happy birthday", "i am bored of eating oatmeals", "parcel from delhi", "yeh dil mangey more" and the provocative "all night long baby".

Also along with these cryptic messages we get to know the name of the culprit who gave these er.. decorations.


So what the hell are these?? and Why dont i have any?? I want some, esp the "all night yeh dil mangey more icecream" icon.

How can i get a few??
