what's this 30sec interval?

    30 seconds are alright for me as my connection must be taking 30 seconds to load a new thread!! :annoyed:

    There is something called LOAD BALANCING in Servers!
    If we dont keep that 30 second gap... there is chance of unexpected load on Server all of a sudden, causing a crash!
    So, a 30 second gap balances the LOAD parallely on the Servers, enabling everyone smooth usage of site!
