1)The store contains options like Bank(where you can store your points), and other self explanatory options like, Change custom title, change other's custom title, colored username, bold username, italicized username, make thread sticky, and thief. 2)It's not locked. 3)Must be some problem, contact out tech admin for help. 4)I didnt understand this question.
@jusmail: You have to wait until the whole page loads! Before that if you click on the link 'STORE'.. nothing would happen... or at the most it would go to the bottom of the page! So let the page load completely... and then click the link, it wud generate a drop down menu as shown in the attachment! Hope this helps... REgards, Zooom..!!

There is also a known problem with pop-up menus and vBulletin. Often the page refers to browser cache and is unable to load the menu (you will not see the arrow next to the store button). If this happens simply press Ctrl + F5 to force refresh the page and you should see the down-arrow appear.
