I thought you were going to go meet Roy at Guru sometime? That should be boutique enough There are a few people on the RSJ forums who have tube amps. Also, you can buy the high gain Laney tube amps in Bombay..GH100L if I'm not wrong. Mikael Akerfeldt (sp?) of Opeth plays one.
talked to roy...all ok but, he can't supply good cabinets...speakers are the problem... and if i have to get that from somewrhere, or build it myself, i might as well get a whole amp...
