    hahaha. but no. i actually don't like metal that much, and can't stand most black/death metal. i listen to the softer side of metal, and i like only about 4-5 bands. dream theater, metallica (before the black album), sometimes i can listen to and admire meshuggah, really like opeth, and my favorite metal band, pantera. "domination" is the most badass metal song ever written.

    i'm not sure whether it's the music or the "O HAI 666 GAIZ KVLTZ METAL IS TEH B3ST MUZIK EVAR" metchulhead fans that annoy me more.

    but yeah, i'd rather listen to lady gaga than most extreme metal, possibly and definitely over black metal. and i really, really, really don't like lady gaga.

    Weirdos... I seriously don't understand guys who waste that much time getting good on guitar hero when they can spend the same time and effort on learning a real guitar...

    YEAH RIGHT. And oh wait. What bullshit is this, I thought he had to hit each note in coordination with the tremolo. He can just hold the button...SHORT CUT GAME >_>

    A word - The last two videos I linked here are as jokes/parodies.

    @flood - I was kidding...are you?

    'Down Roma Traffic' is one piece of music which has evoked the most varied emotions from me over time.

    The first time I came, I laughed like HELL over the comments (like one which said that he 'pooped random notes, BREATHED into the mic, didn't know himself what notes he was playing.', and so on). Some said his 'specialty is basically equipment (not skill)'. Some said it was thoughtless, and that 'all of his work is "another weired thing you'd better not do to a guitar"' XD

    I forgot the middle time, but last I went there - a few days back - I found it

    b. actually not bad at all because this time I was actually listening to only the sound and not giving a church ninja rat's fart to HOW it was created. I did not see the battered acoustic, I did not see what he did (actually, I did, but of late even if I see a music video I'm not as influenced by the visual as by the sound. Lovely upgrade, earlier I had to close my eyes all the time.), I just read the title and heard the sound. "And he liked what he heard."

    Btw, the next one was really beautiful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBKT_q7nUMY

    no, i wasn't joking. prepared instruments are very interesting.

    yep, evelyn glennie is deaf. i found out about her because i very randomly borrowed a DVD documentary about her (from which the youtube videos were taken) from the goethe institut library. i was shocked when i discovered she was profoundly deaf about 15 minutes into the documentary.
