Hey what are you reading nowdays??

Ok..this thread is about what novel/ancedote/story compilations book or any other sorta text ur reading these days...u can even share a brief review about it for other's knowledge/curiosity
Although im not much into reading..do this only when i have time at hand..i've just started reading>>

The Distant Echo by Val McDermid

Its Genre is Thriller..im reading such kind for the first time.4 drunk teenage pals are staggering home from a party when they stumble upon the dead body of a young woman. They report this to police but are viewed as suspects by the police. ALL this still remains a baffling case. It isnt until twenty five years later, when one of the four is murdered, that the answers start to emerge....

thats the briefest i can get
