I have to go for an internship. I wish I could spend my entire summer with notty my love.

 

I'm sure those 3 days will pass in a drunken haze. Hopefully.

Summer is the best time anyways, not crowded like December when every idiot is going to goa.

 

trips to darjeeling and sikkim (again), then to uttaranchal, himachal, up, parts of rajasthan.

if anyone is interested in seeing pics, let me know. and i'd be very interested in trip reports and pics of everyone, esp those travelling in india.

 

basket ball.....guitar....net....tv...books...writing.....
+may go out somewhere with family.....
+summer vacations are not near, a whole month is left:shock:

1st pic = on the road from manali to rotang. river = beas

2nd = jaisalmer golden fortress

3rd = firang playing flute with sadhus in varanasi

4th = dhauli temple (buddhist) in bhubaneswar, at the site of the battle between ashoka and the kalinga king.

5th pic = khajuraho temple (dont ask me which)

 

sweet sweet ... hey khujaraho looks pretty nice now, did they got electricity now n did u saw those pics closely : hehehe.

1st = baz bahadur in mandu, mp

2nd = inside chitor fort, rajasthan

3rd = road to kurfi, 50 kms from shimla

4th = yak, with tsongmo (chhangu) lake in background, sikkim

5th = notice on wall, in chakratirtha, the hippy belt of puri


and the only places i been to in uttaranchal yet are rishikesh and mussourie. will post pics some other time.

 

well - im havin my final holiday b4 march next yr rite now in delhi...misin my geetarrR...this june - 12th - so exxtra classes....:cry1:

yes khajuraho has electricity now. even an airport. but no railhead yet !!

they are planning to build one by next year tho. i travelled to khajuraho by taking a trian from varanasi to satna and then sharing a 3 hour ride in a tata sumo with 2 ausie chicks and an italian "pair".

and yes i saw the sculptures closely. cant post them here. playboy in stone. it was fun listenning to the guide explaining the technicalities of various erotic acts and poses to bemused and scandalised foreign tourists.
