If i'm not mistaken, arpeggios are the consecutive single notes played while holding a chord right? and one more thing, what are bridges?
Actually that is incomplete definition of arpeggios. Arpeggio is whenver you play the "Notes comprising the chord". That doesnt mean you need to hold your hand in some chord position. Suppose we play the C major Arpeggio. You may play it by holding C major chord and picking each string individually. However, I may play it like this: e----------- b------------ g------------ D------------ A-3h7t10---- E------------ This is also C major arpeggio, since I am playing 1st 3rd and 5th notes in C major = C, E and G
Bridges are interludes in a song where you're moving away from the original melody for a while. eg- in the song, Summer of 69, the bridge is: Man we were killing time We were young and reckless We needed to unwind I guess nohting can last forever
^^ ya i think so too..... and duh... he wont ask for bridge of a guitar... he asked for a bridge in a song... next thing u know someone's gonna pop up a pic of howrah bridge
Or did u mean this bridge ?? Anyway .. Bridge is neither a part of the verse nor the part of Chorus .. U can say its an interlude.. A transition from Verse to chorus Plus what bjr said..
wow, this got lame  @ambush: I just reckoned he was talking musically. Could just as easily be what you answered.
A Bridge is a musical section that connects two other musical sections. The two other musical sections could be two verses or a verse and a chorus or even between two chorus.
