My RG has never been unreliable so far...except the sound isn't the greatest*, but at this level I hardly want elite tone, and it can do cleans (which is all I want) nicely with a bit of fiddling (I play lots of chords in a way no one will understand here - so basically, I want the sound to be clear, every note to be articulate, and it's does that decently if I tweak around well.)

*We'll get to that when I upgrade to a *good* new amp, that'll be a true show of what's good in it and what's bad - which probably be pickups, electronics, wood quality, nut, in that order.
