Urgent Doubt:::Sansamp GT2

I have a stupid doubt. Whether a Sansamp GT2 Speaker emulator and Tube emulator one and the same thing?

 

Tube emulator = any device that tries to emulate the tube amp (clean, overdrive, distortion) - so technically all pedals are tube emulators.

Speaker emulator = any device which emulates the EQ of a 8"/10"/12"/14" (usual woofers) used in guitar/bass amps - POD/Sansamp/speakers patches on processors.

Sansamps have both built-in.
PODs have both built-in.
