    My dream band would be:

    Chuck Schuldiner (Death/Control Denied) - vocals/guitar
    Karl Sanders (Nile) - guitar/backup vocals
    Alexi Laiho (Children Of Bodom) - lead guitar (yup I want 3 guitars...Maiden style)
    Steve "God of Bass" DiGiorgio (Death) - bass guitar
    Janne Warman (Children Of Bodom) - keyboards (this guy is an absolutely insane keyboardist....listen to his solo project Warman)
    Pete Hammoura (Nile) - drums (nothing to say...just hear him and you should realize why I chose him)

    Oh yeah I can so see it now.

    the "sound" strived for would be.... pearl jam cross dire straits, laced with third eye blind, sprinkled with van halen, garnished with rhcp, with a touch of floyd and fleetwood mac, spiked with whitesnake, and most unlike anything aerosmithesque / bon jovish :D

    guitars: aaah i have 4 but i wud only want 3--slash (gnr), adrian smith (maiden), alexi laiho (children of bodom), jesper stromblad (in flames)
    bass: STEVE HARRIS my idol hands down. if for some reason he couldnt be there then geddy lee!
    keyboards: warman from bodom hes fking crazy!! or jani aisjd0aw9e i forgot his last name from stratovarius, hes prob best ever.
    drums: NICKO!! jess margera from cky is also a very very good drummer he kinda wudnt fit in tho wit the rest but HEY this is DREAM band sheat
