What does the pattern under the words full indicate. More precisely how is it supposed to be played. It might have something to do with the tremolo bar but I don't know. EDIT: For some reason this forum messes up the tab. So here's a link to it. Look at the 8th tab pattern from top. https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/inc/print.php3?id=23218
Yes, i just the song again. And thats the part he plays very fast. The /\ means that you have to bend it full and then release it. / \ I can play that part now, but not as fast as he can.
Looks right now.. Now that technique is called Sweep picking.. goto www.cyberfret.com and check out the Sweep Picking lessons..
death_metal_fan, go to the link which jayanth gave and check out the licks and tricks section. There you will find this very part under kirk hammett. If you have real player you can stream the video. In the video he shows you how to play it. And its not sweep picking. The part which you wanted is just, "Full bend, Release and then Vibrato" The video will teach you easily.
Yhea.. Kirk Hammet (theE Minor Boy) does a lot of such pickings where you can play it in an alternate manner. Check out Welcome Home intro solo..
