    Aaaannnnd I'm back! How's everybody?

This I wrote for my girl who wanted to know everything. But I couldn't...it would have damaged a nascent relationship. So I lied.
Next time, I told her a little more of the truth..and she was angry about me lying earlier. So I told her this. And she understood.
    No more questions.

    Trust

So far ahead when the sun goes down,

it leaves a glow in this sombre town.
You have to know it'll rise again,
you have to trust, it's the softer pain.

You know that times are tough,
and there's no time to wait.
It's cold and skies are rough,
    But it's never too late;
the truth doth shine, and shine it'll do,
and know you should, what you're getting into.

So leave it be, time will heal,
let the sands settle, it'll reveal.
You have to know, the truth's but mundane,
you have to trust, it's the softer pain.

    Brilliant !

One small mistake - "It cold and skies are rough," should be "It's cold and skies are rough," I guess, unless it was deliberate :).
