its good in a way, i think at least that way they hear the old stuff for instance the guitaring in NITIN BALI's SONG is very similar to the Kishore Kumar version (that was played by HJONEY i heard). But then the opening ad libs and the intro part is missing, the sad part is if they think it is BETTER that the original, kinda hurts your passion for the oldies

Regarding remixes, actually u no wot guys........i hate remixes cuz i think it breaks the arms and legs of a song........and often the music is louder than the vocals themselves....neele neele umber was the only remix i have ever liked........... but i have no idea why........... When I was trying to learn guitar from a professional instructor, I used to see him teaching this one to the advanced students. I left the class before I get a chance to learn this : but it has been my favorite since then. I have started learning guitar myself recently and found this website. Its really like a 'Khajana' for self-experimenting people like me. Thanks to the advanced guitarists for taking time to post useful information here.
hi baaja, i'm new to the site, a baccha at guitar playing...but i sure have fine pair of ears, and i feel thts a real cool list u have put up. i dunno whts up with venus, not liking hindi music...i guess to each his own, but i hate thesarcastic tone he puts up....tht attitude has kept me away from grp of ppl who know more.... me failed to find good teachers in guitar, now looking to teach myself...
