Tips to cool down when U are Angry

    Let's hope for the best. But I think practically it is just impossible to stay without anger. Well, U may say impossible means " I'm possible "....... :)

    whenever i get angry i just listen 2 hotel california to cool me down or 2 master of puppets so dat i get more raged n after a while i realise its of no use n then cool down!!!!!lol..........
    or else as lefty guitarist i go 2 sleep.
    beatin the hell out of the person u r angry on also really helps
