just type in your address, and see satellite view of your area ... for US addresses, you can zoom upto street level, and for india addresses, you can zoom upto city level. they are adding features to zoom upto house level! ....... whoa.... i m exploring too much .......... https://globeexplorer.com/ even google is comming up with such thing, www.keyhole.com, but thats paid one ..... i am pretty sure there are real time systems, ( used by weather or GIS ppl, for viewing traffic congestions etc...) .... but yeah .... not for public yet ..... and should they allow it or not, is different story ... and a topic for debet.
