I am enraged when I hear SR. She can do whatever she wants, but I wont listen to her. Why is this even called fusion? If it amounts to killing one style in favor of another, then that is what SR has done - but she has done neither justice. When I hear her I feel she either needs to go to the loo or perhaps she hasnt had one in a long time. I consider it trash - my choice though.

 

so u have the choice to not listen to her,and not buy any of her show tickets. right? thats the way it should be.did they call it fusion?i think she just made an album.. and put it out there.

carnatic music is not for hindus.
Vande mataram is in Raagam Desh..
Many bharatiyar songs are tuned to carnatic ragams.
