    Led Zepplin is undisputed best rock band ever.They revolutionized rock & roll.Even bono said himself this words. There is no match for them! never was never will!

    this is a fruitless discussion. nobody is gonna agree on thee same 5 bands, let alone one single best band.

    you dont know what you've done, writer of this thread. mods better ban this before ppl freak out at each other. note metallica fans vs. megadeth fellows, linkin park lovers getting flamed, etc, etc. this is worse than the end of the world. seriously.

    well my friend i'll say that people will realise ,that the band they love is the BEST among all well i think there is no prob . you'll appreciate LP even if you're a great fan of METALLICA

    They changed music in every way. Recording practices, image, style, song writing, technology. All that is great but they also wrote some of the most memorable, beautiful, iconic songs of the 20th Century.

    I love most of the bands you listed but none of them would have been around had not The Beatles paved the way. My humble opinion.
