Hello Everybody, I am an American who plays bass in a Tamil band and have been trying to learn Tamil, but there are not many good resources either in print or online for doing so. Ideally I would like to learn the language through the songs I have learned (we have done at least a hundred songs in the past year and a half I have been with the band) and was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me learn your beautiful language. So far I have learned the Tamil script but am having problems with pronunciation and differentiating between which words I am learning are formal Tamil and which are informal. Nandri, John
