Yes, the finger positions are right.

For B,Bm,C,Cm, mark x instead of 0. Meaning, you are not going to strike the sixth string.
However for C and Cm you can strike all the six strings, only difference is it will be C/E or Cm/E.

 

oh ok .. so all I need to do is work on getting the chords fluent before it sounds good eh .. cause now it sounds so without a rythm and i aint fast in shifting barred chords ... thanks anyway got the idea .. cool!!! shall work on it ..
