wat abt the chords he plays in the end

 

i dont know the sequence etc of chords but they are simple ones like G( or maybe Cadd9 type) , D and C .. try them urself. the only thing is that he strums in a very unusual fashion .
will try to work em out after probably 5-6 days.. busy till then
