Syd,he was a very good musician becoz his music was so original and new.Nothing has been made until now to be compared with his music.He was the one who gave pink floyd it's starting push.Although i am sad about what all he had gone through in his life.Gilmour said that his break down had to happen according to his position at that point of life.After he isolated himself from the world not much was left with him other than his garden and paintings.
